Bert W. Andrzejewski (May 14, 1931 - March 26, 2001).

SOUTH BEND Bert Walter Andrzejewski, 69, of Windsor Avenue, died Monday in Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center. Survivors include his wife, Kay; a daughter, Janice McGowen of Charlotte, N.C.; three sons, Dennis and David, both of South Bend, and Thomas of Mishawaka; and a sister, Irene Kruyer of South Bend. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday in St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church, Terre Coupee. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Dr., South Bend, where a rosary will be at 4 p.m.
