SOUTH BEND - Joseph Charles Sigety, 61, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018 in Healthwin Specialized Care Facility. Joseph was born on February 12, 1957 in South Bend to Steve and Lillian (Cochran) Sigety. He was employed by Johnson Controls and enjoyed Notre Dame Women's Basketball, Bingo, Nascar, and fishing. Surviving are his sister, Virginia Harper of Mishawaka; brother, Steve Sigety of South Bend; niece, Deborah Weaver of Elkhart; and nephew, Steve J. Sigety of Mishawaka. Cremation has taken place. Burial of his cremated remains will take place at 11:00 am Saturday, March 17, 2018 in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Zahoran Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
