SOUTH BEND - Frank B. Lebiedzinski, 79 years old, passed away at 2:07 p.m. on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Memorial Hospital, South Bend. Frank was born on December 4, 1937 in South Bend to the late Sigmund and Virginia (Sosinski) Lebiedzinski. He has remained a lifelong resident. On September 5, 1959 in South Bend, Frank and Anita M. Klysz were united in marriage. Along with his loving wife of 57 years, Anita, survivors include their four children, Deborah Lebiedzinski of Niles, MI, Lori (Doug) Belardinella of Granger, Michael (Sheri) Lebiedzinski of Mishawaka, and Karen Lebiedzinski of South Bend; seven grandchildren, Jennifer Belardinella, Lauren Belardinella, Dominic Belardinella, Lyndsay Lebiedzinski, Sara (Steven) Banks, Chad Lebiedzinski, and Mark Belardinella; four great-grandchildren; and one brother, Thomas (Kathy) Lebiedzinski of South Bend. Frank retired from the South Bend Fire Department after serving 28 years. He and his wife, Anita have owned and operated the Delo-Mi Kennel for the past 48 years. Frank proudly served his country on the U.S.S. Wisconsin with the United States Navy. He was a member of the Chain-O-Lakes Gun Club, Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lakeville and loved to cook. He loved his family and will be dearly missed. Per Frank's wishes, there will be no services or visitation. Palmer Funeral Home and Southlawn Cremation Services is assisting his family.
