Madeline Jean Kujawa passed away shortly after her birth on December 6, 2008, at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana. She is preceded in death by her paternal great- grandfather John Swartz. She is survived by her parents; Richard Kujawa, Jr. and Leigh Vock of Elkhart, Indiana, a brother Brayden R. Kujawa of Elkhart, Indiana, maternal grandparents Ralph and Lilyan Vock of Clermont, Florida, paternal grandparents Richard Sr. and Patricia Kujawa of Niles, paternal great-grandparents Henry and Shirley Kujawa of Niles and Mary Ann Swartz of Niles, maternal great-grandparents Raymond and Norma Vock of Carnegie, Pennsylvania and Charles and Bridget Gederberg of New Jersey. A memorial service for Madeline will be held at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 52553 Fir Road, Granger, Indiana on Wednesday 12:30 p.m. with an interment following at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens.
