SOUTH BEND - Jim joined the Marines at the age of eighteen and was honorably discharged with the rank of lance corporal from El Toro Marine Corps Air Station, Santa Ana, CA. He was a journeyman pattern maker until retirement. In 1996 he moved to Sacramento, CA where he enjoyed marathon running, jogging and health exercise. He is survived by his sister, Trudy Woloszyn, four nieces, four nephews and two great-nieces. The body was cremated and services will be at a later date.
