[N34024] James Robert Ham, Sr. of Palmetto, 77, died February 2, 2012 at his home. He was born on September 4, 1934 in South Bend, Ind. He is being cremated and a memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 8th from 5-7p.m. at Toale Brothers Bradenton Chapel, 912 53rd Ave. West. Survivors include his wife Beverly DeSear, a son James R. Ham, Jr. (Barbara) of Fort Wayne, Ind., a sister Judy Zielecki of Elkhart, Ind., a grand-daughter Julie Dickson of Fischers, Ind., grandson Jim Ham (Jill) of Fort Wayne, Ind. and great-grandchildren Haylie, Will and Nathan. He is also survived by his step-daughters Pam Andress (Dwight) and Stephanie (Daniel) Kelly as well as his step-grandchildren D.J., Zach-ary, Ethan, Miranda, Ryan and Devin and his many beloved golf buddies. Donations may be made to Lighthouse for the Blind.
