SOUTH BEND - Patricia A. Sobieralski, 72, of South Bend, IN, passed away at 7:57 p.m. Sunday, December 8, 2013 at Rivercrest Specialty Hospital in Mishawaka, IN. She was born on April 16, 1941 to the late John J. and Clara C. (Sobieralski) Goverinski in South Bend, IN, and was a lifelong resident.

On June 23, 1962, as Patricia A. Goverinski, she married Richard J. Sobieralski at St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church- Terre Coupee in New Carlisle, IN. Richard passed away in 1970.

Patricia is survived by her son, Mark (fiancĀ©be Charlene Armstrong) Sobieralski of South Bend, IN; and two sisters, Deloris Goverinski of South Bend, IN and Marie Botsma of South Bend, IN.

Patricia was a member of Holy Family Parish. She was a wonderful homemaker and a loving mother, who enjoyed making other people laugh. A private visitation and funeral service will be held. She will be buried next to her husband, Richard, at St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend, IN. Kaniewski Funeral Home, South Bend, IN is handling arrangements.
