SOUTH BEND, IN - Eloise Taberski, 92, of South Bend, passed away on Sunday October 2, 2016 at Hospice House, South Bend. She was born on July 26, 1924 in South Bend to the late Harold and Ruth (Frye) Erhardt. In 1943 she married Raymond Taberski, who preceded her in death in 1995. Eloise is survived by her daughter, Radene (Kenneth) Tidey of South Bend; two sons, Raymond (Stacy) Taberski of North Liberty, IN and Raynard (Pat) Taberski of South Bend; 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus B.M. Catholic Church, South Bend. She enjoyed reading. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday October 6, 2016 at the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday October 7, 2016 at St. Stanislaus B.M. Catholic Church, with burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Foundation, 501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545-5234
