[N20130] Bryan A. Liebetrau-Czarnecki
March 7, 1981 - November 29, 2018
Granger - Bryan Anthony Czarnecki, 37, passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018 in The Hospice House of Elkhart County surrounded by his family and friends. Bryan was born March 7, 1981 in South Bend to Phillip Czarnecki and Debra Martin, they survive along with a sister, Lori (Carey) Baxter; brothers, Scott Liebetrau, and Adam Liebetrau; girlfriend, Teresa Tucker; grandmother, Lucille Liebetrau; many dear aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; lifetime friends, Thad, John, & Chris Lintz, and Heather Bosch; and 3 precious children, Jeremy, Alexis and Jojo. Bryan was preceded in death by his loving step-father, William Liebetrau, grandparents, and nephew, Gabriel Liebetrau. Bryan was filled with lots of laughter and had a great zest for life. He truly had a remarkable gift for lifting spirits of others and an optimistic vision for the future. He had true love and loyalty toward his family and friends and his tender, sensitive heart drew people towards him. Bryan was a graduate Niles High School. He enjoyed basketball, fishing, and watching Notre Dame football and wrestling. Bryan also enjoyed music, and was a member of the rap group, TKO. He loved spending time with family and friends, especially hanging out by a campfire. Bryan’s sunny, funny and reassuring personality will be truly missed. He fought his diagnosis of brain cancer with a positive attitude and never complained. The death of his step-father was a profound loss to him, but he continued to ignore his own pain and comfort his mother and other family members. Bryan was nothing short of amazing, always putting others before himself. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Javed Malik, Dr. Samuel McGrath, and the Center for Hospice Care for their care and support. Also, Jay Peterson and Indian Motorcycle for their act of kindness. A Gathering for family & friends will take place 11:00am - 1:00pm, Saturday, December 8, 2018 at ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. with a Funeral Ceremony to begin at 1:00pm. In Lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Center for Hospice Care, 501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545 or American Cancer Society.
