NILES, MI - Kenneth L. Nagy, 91, of Niles, passed away at Brentwood Assisted Living on Monday, December 31, 2018. He was born on December 13, 1927 in South Bend to the late Peter and Rose (Toth) Nagy. Ken is preceded in death by his parents and twelve brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife, Betty Jane (Hoffman) Nagy; their children, Gary (Becky) Nagy of Niles, Nancy (Michael) Roman of Elgin, IL, and Mark (Amy) Nagy of Troy, MI; and grandchildren, Austin, Kathryn, Sean, Sarah, and Michael. Ken and Betty were married on November 19, 1955 in South Bend. Ken retired from Bendix as a Machine Repairman after many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed bowling, ‘Da Bears, and Notre Dame football. He was an usher for many years at Notre Dame for football and basketball games. Visitation for Ken will be held on Friday, January 4, 2019 from 4pm to 5pm at Halbritter Wickens Funeral Home, 615 E. Main St., Niles. A Funeral Service will begin at 5pm.
