Sandra Tirrell, 77 years of age, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2022, after losing her battle with cancer, in her home with family by her side in Easley, SC. Sandy was born in Mishawaka, Indiana on June 22, 1944 to the late Albert Charles Theophile Vranckx and Shirley June Colwell. Her father died when she was 4 years old and her mother remarried Casimir Tobolski, who she loved as her dad. Sandy graduated from Penn High School in Mishawaka, IN. in 1962. She married John Thomas Trippel on April 15, 1963. They were married for 36 years and had 5 daughters. She married Herbert Spencer Tirrell on December 5, 2000. Sandy dedicated her life as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in November, 1975, and was devoted to bringing praise and honor to her God, Jehovah. She was a member of the Easley West Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses and loved working in the door to door ministry. She was an excellent seamstress, making beautiful dresses for her daughters when they were young. She thoroughly enjoyed spending time with family and friends, as well as walks with her dog. She had a love of the outdoors and always had a beautiful garden. Sandy was a ball of energy and enjoyed staying busy. She was always wearing a smile and was always so joyful in the accomplishments of others. She is survived by her husband, Spencer; her five daughters: Kim Morse, Ann Allen (Phil), Janice Inman (Leroy), Elizabeth Fritz, and Amanda Nelson (Bryon); her ten grandchildren: Joseph McElravy, Elise Molnar, Parker Allen, Carson Allen, Joshua Wright, Makaila Fritz, Ethan Fritz, Gabriel Nelson, Gideon Nelson, Gavin Nelson; seven great grandchildren; her brother William Tobolski; in addition to nephews and nieces and extended spiritual family. She was preceded in death by her brother Gerald Vrancks and her son-in-law Abram Fritz.
