Dorothy (Otolski) Kwieran, 74, of Prast Boulevard, died at 2:20 a.m. Saturday in Holy Cross Care and Rehabilitation Center after an illness. Mrs. Kwieran was born Feb. 26, 1920, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident. On June 10, 1939, as Dorothy Leszcz, she married Michael Otolski. He died Jan. 19, 1945. On June 16, 1949, she married Eugene Kwieran. He died Nov. 30, 1981. Surviving are a daughter, Shirley A. Raquet of Mohnton, Pa.; a son, Michael of South Bend; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Evelyn Czuk and Rita Strzelecki, both of South Bend; and two brothers, John Leszcz and Alex Leszcz Jr., both of South Bend. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
