Robert A. DeWolf, 79, of South Bend, passed way on Thursday, July 6, 2006, at 3:40 p.m. in his residence. Robert was born on April 14, 1927, in LaPorte, Ind., to Austin and Agnes (Corbally) DeWolf. His parents and his brother, Jim DeWolf, have preceded him in death.On December, 2, 1961, he married Patricia (Solmos), in South Bend. She survives, along with two daughters, Karen (Peter) Genta of Wellesley, Mass., and Cindy (Dan) Weller of Flushing, Mich.; four grandchildren, Alexis, Madeline, PJ and Haley; and one brother, Bill (Rosie) DeWolf of LaPorte. The family will receive friends today, July 9, 2006, from 4:00 p.m. to 8: p.m. in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 1827 Ireland Road, South Bend, A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, July 10, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Jude Catholic Church. Burial will take place at a later date.
