INDEX

[N3748] Town of Paliskiai no longer exists. During post WWII Soviet collectivization process Paliskiai was done away with and incorporated into a small farming community of Meironiskis. Initially Paliskiai was within the parish area of the church in Pajieslys. This church was destroyed (not sure how or when) and rebuilt after WWII with a wooden structure and is now a mission church of the Church (St Peter & Paul) in Krakes.
