LAKEVILLE - Jacqueline S. "Jackie" Slivensky, 59, of Lakeville, died Friday in her home. Survivors include her husband, Pete Slivensky; and two dogs, Sadie Mae and Dammit. Services will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday in Lakeside Baptist Church, Lakeville, where friends may visit with the family after 11 a.m. in the church. Palmer Funeral Home, Lakeville, is assisting with funeral arrangements. Contributions in Jackie's memory may be made to Pet Refuge. Online condolences may be sent to www.palmerfuneralhomes.com.
