Son of John (deceased) and Frances Sosinski; born January 9, 1899, South Bend, Ind. Employee of Oliver Plow Factory. Enlisted in U.S. Regular Army, June 4, 1918, Jefferson Barracks, Mo. Sent to Camp Johnston, Fla.; assigned to Miscellaneous Trade Unit No. 2, Quartermaster Corps. Sailed for overseas in September, 1918. Contracted pneumonia while on board transport, and died October 10, 1918. Buried at sea with full military honors.
