Ruth M. McKrill, 73, of Mt. Juliet, TN, passed away at 7:00 a.m., Sunday, January 1, 2006, in the Mt. Juliet Health Care Center. Ruth was born on April 24, 1932 in South Bend, IN, to the late Joseph and Clara (Kuberski) Spychalski. She was a homemaker and was also employed with the Dainty Maid Bakery from 1990 until 1992. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack McKrill, and by her son, James Alan Mitchell. Survivors include her daughter, Linda Moritz McClanahan (Garry) of Mt. Juliet, TN; six grandchildren, Jennifer Lupa, Stephanie Moritz, Jeffrey Moritz, Brenda Gale Mitchell, Curtis Mitchell, and Maleena Mitchell; and one sister, Hilda Grzegorek of South Bend, IN. Funeral services will be held at 3PM, Friday, January 6, 2006, in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive. Friends may call from 1PM - 3PM on January 6, 2006, in the funeral home, where a rosary will be prayed following the service for those who wish to participate. Memorial Contributions can be made to the Donelson YMCA in Nashville, TN. Ruth was cherished by everyone who knew her. She loved all people from every walk of life. She faced life's challenges with strength and courage and we know that she will have a very special place in heaven.
