SOUTH BEND - Joseph Wesolowski went to be with his Lord and Savior on January 25, 2015. He was born on January 6, 1925 in South Bend, Indiana to Joseph and Magdeline Wesolowski. He was preceded in death by his parents, 5 brothers and 2 sisters. He is survived by his sons, Michael and Jaime Wesolowski; his daughter-in-law, Lori Wesolowski; grandchildren, Ellie and Grayson Wesolowski and the mother of his children, Adeline Wesolowski. Joe loved life and certainly had a gift for making people laugh. He worked as a butcher throughout his career. He obtained a private pilots' license, was a member of the International Pilots' Club, a part owner of a single-engine plane and gave flying lessons. He was an accomplished pianist and was always in demand at various functions in Indiana. Joe was President of the Mercator Club - an organization whose motto is "Better Business through Closer Fellowship". He was a city baseball umpire for little league, an officer of the St. Joseph's Rifle Club and managed a deer hunting vacation trip every year. Here in Texas, Joe is a dedicated member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Boerne. He truly enjoyed spending time with his friends at the Kronkosky Place Rainbow Senior Center. He has also been an active member of the Methodist Hospital Blue Bird Auxillary since 2007. CELEBRATION OF LIFE MASS FRIDAY, JANUARY 30, 2015 @2:00 P.M. ST.
