WALKERTON - Mrs. Olive Frances Mankowski, 99, of Walkerton, passed peacefully into the hands of God on Sunday, April 27, on the Feast of Divine Mercy. She was born on February 24, 1915, in Walkerton, IN. At her request, services will be private. Commital will be at St. Stanislaus Dioceson Cemetery in Michigan City, IN. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Fish Lake. She is survived by 2 sons, Larry L. Heimer, Sr. and Father Michael G. Heimer; 1 grandson, Larry L. Heimer, Jr.; 1 great-granddaughter, Nicole Alvarez; and 3 great-grandsons, Ivan, Kraig and Gabriel. She was preceded by her husband, Ray Mankowski.
