John J. Wesolowski, 55, of 2823 Lincoln Way W., died at 3:15pm Tuesday in Osteopathic Hospital after an illness of six weeks. He was a meat cutter and had operated a meat market and grocery from 1930 until 1959. He was then employed at the Cable Line Meats Co.Mrs. Wesolowski was born December 8, 1915, in South Bend and had lived here all of his life. On November 13, 1940, in South Bend, he married Esther Slomski who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Sharon Rajski of Niles and Miss Patricia Ann Wesolowski, at home; three grandchildren; four brothers, Aloysius of Phoenix AZ, Theodore of Jackson MI, Leo of Philadelphia PA and Joseph of South Bend, and a sister, Mrs Clementine Love of MishawakaFriends may call from 7 to 9pm Thursday and from 2 to 9pm Friday in the Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home. Mrs. Wesolowski was a member of the West Side Democratic Club. Funeral services will be conducted at 9am Saturday in St John the Baptist Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph A. Jacobs, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St Joseph Cemetery. A parish rosary will be recited at 7:30pm Thursday in the funeral home. SBT 12/30/1970
