Gyorgy Szabo, 27, accompanied by Theresa, 26, and Maria, 6 months old, arrived in Philadelphia on the steamship "Switzerland" on March 5, 1896. They were from Hungary and they were on their way to South Bend, Indiana where they had relatives. -immigration records, familysearch.org
Their 1900 and 1910 census records indicate that George and Theresa were married about 1894-1895, and that they had eleven children, of whom four were living in 1910. Their children included the following: Mary, Anna, Martin, Joseph, Anthony.
