Arthur J. Eppers Arthur J. Eppers, 83, died yesterday in St. Augustine Home. He moved to Indianapolis three years ago , from Florida, where he had been living after retiring in 1950 as owner of North Shore Protective Association at Chicago. Mr. Eppers was a native of Kenosha, Wis. A funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday in St. Augustine Home, with burial in Clearwater, Fla. Friends may call at the home from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. today. Survivors include his son, Robert F. Eppers of Indianapolis.
