[N113] The South Bend Tribune, Wednesday, Feb. 16, 1916
Mrs. Stephen Wozniak, aged 35 years, of 2302 Ford street, died this morning at 4 oclock at St. Josephs hospital as the result of four weeks illness. She is survived by her husband and four children. She was born in Germany Poland, Feb. 10, 1881. Funeral services will be held from St. Adalberts church Friday morning at 8 oclock, Rev. John Kubacki will officiate. Interment will be in St. Josephs cemetery.
