South Bend - Ignacio Gomez Padilla, 85, passed away on Sunday at Memorial Hospital, South Bend. Ignacio was born July 13, 1935 in Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico to the late Jose and Magdalena (Padilla) Gomez. Ignacio was preceded in death by his wife, Rita Lozano Miranda. Ignacio is survived by his daughter, Angeles Gomez Quintanilla, Daughter, Lourdes Rizo, Daughter, Olivia Rizo, son, Ruben Gomez Lozano, Son, Jose Luis Sandoval Lozano, daughter, Graciela Gomez, granddaughter, Marilyn Velazquez, and many more precious family members. Visitation for Ignacio will be 3:00 pm pm to 8:00 pm, Friday, May 14, 2021 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd., South Bend. Ignacio will be buried in Panteon Municipal in Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico. Condolences for the family may be made at www.sjfh.net.
