Surrounded by the love of her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her husband of 64 years, Robert, Pasty Colleen Entzian passed away on May 12, 2018 at the age of 87. Patsy was born on November 12, 1930, in Leiters Ford, Indiana to Fred and Dessie (Young) Plantz. She would go on to graduate from Leiters Ford High School in the class of 1948. Upon graduation, Patsy ventured to South Bend where she started her career with the University of Notre Dame. Years later she accepted an opportunity with the Bendix Corporation. By the grace of God, the Bendix Corporation is where she would meet Robert Benjamin Entzian. Shortly after, on October 24, 1953, Patsy and Robert were married in South Bend, Indiana. South Bend, Indiana, has been their home since they wed. Shortly thereafter they started their family of six children. Her biggest joy in life was focusing on her family. She put her career on hold so she could stay home with her children. Once the children were in school, Patsy returned to work at Koontz-Wagner for 13 years. Besides her family, she enjoyed traveling with Robert and playing bridge with friends. Pasty is preceded in death by her siblings Eldonna Inks, Janice Carter, and Bob Plantz; and her brothers-in-law, Spike Inks, Robert Lindborg and Bus Carter. She is survived by her sister, Millicent Lindborg, and her brother Kenny Plantz. Patsy and Robert enjoyed six children: Kim (Derek), Michelle, David, Mark (Lori), Rick and Greg (Helen), all surviving. They were also blessed with 14 grandchildren: Connor, Tyler, Adam (Samantha), Ryan (Tara), Alexandra, Meghan, Robbie, Aaron, Ashley, Ricky, Ryan Brown (Sofiya), Bethany, Rachel (Brandon) and Melissa (Doug). They were also favored with 14 great-grandchildren: Lennon, Ellie, Giovanna, Carter, Timmy, Virginia, Olivia, Eli, Asher, Morrison, Moses, Marley, Mariah and Nevaeh. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 10, 2018, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N.
