Services at Corpus Christi Catholic Church; burial in St. Joseph Cemetery. On 18 Aug 1973 as Michele Mazurkiewicz she married David W Hack who survives with 3 daughters: Sara, katie and Emily; her mother, Mrs Ida Mazurkiewicz of South Bend, 2 sisters, Mrs Diana Shuey of SBd and Mrs Patti Vavul of Granger IN; 2 brtohers, james and John Mazurkiewicz both of South Bend. She graduated Ball State U & Indiana Univ.
