Thomas B. Graczyk, 45 years old, passed away at 11:38 a.m. on Monday, September 6, 2021 at Memorial Hospital, South Bend. Thom was born on July 16, 1976 in South Bend to the late Gerald and Priscilla (Paluszewski) Graczyk. He has remained a lifelong resident of South Bend. Thom loved to play the guitar, and enjoyed watching sports, especially baseball, and going fishing. Thom is survived by his two sisters, Rebecca Graczyk of South Bend and Jennifer (Michael) Versyp of Mishawaka; one brother, Douglas Graczyk of South Bend; niece, Andrea Thorn; and two nephews, Scott and Benjamin Versyp. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 10, 2021 at the Palmer Funeral Home-Welsheimer North Chapel, 17033 Cleveland Road, South Bend, IN. A time of sharing memories will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Thomas B.
