SOUTH BEND - Patricia Ann Bazyk, 75, of Paris, Arkansas, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2012, in Little Rock. She was born on May 12, 1937, in South Bend, Indiana, to her parents, John and Helen (Sieczkarek) Belakovich. She was a homemaker, enjoyed working and raising her children on the family farm, and was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, John and Helen Belakovich; two brothers, Richard and David Belakovich; and one sister, Sharon Mrozwinski. Patricia is survived by her husband of 57 years, Leonard E. Bazyk of Paris; six sons, Mike Bazyk of Paris, Mark Bazyk and wife, Laura of Springdale, Tony Bazyk and wife, Janet of Clarksville, Tom Bazyk of Russellville, Chris Bazyk of Lamar and Brian Bazyk and wife, Patty of Subiaco; two sisters-in-law, Rose Mary Belakovich of Indiana and Loretta Buszkiewicz of Subiaco; 17 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Rosary service will be held at 7:30 p.m. today, October 7, 2012, at St. Benedict Catholic Church in Subiaco. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, October 8, 2012, at St. Benedict Catholic Church in Subiaco, officiated by Fr. Aaron Pirrera O.S.B. Burial will be at St. Benedict Catholic Cemetery in Subiaco under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris. Online guestbook at www.rollerfuneralhomes.com. Pallbearers will be Mike Bazyk, Mark Bazyk, Tony Bazyk, Tom Bazyk, Chris Bazyk and Brian Bazyk. Honorary pallbearers will be Tom Schluterman, Allen Bazyk and Steve Frederick.
