GRANGER - Thomas R. Morganti Sr., Granger, formerly of Bonita Springs, FL. Thomas R. Morganti passed away December 19, 2013. Tom was born on April 12, 1923, in Malden, Massachusetts, the son of Rosario and Clelia (Librace) Morganti, who preceded him in death. On November 25, 1942, Tom married his beloved wife, Ruth A. (DuLong), who survives him. Tom is also survived by his children, Beth (Sean Smith) Morganti and Steve (Beth) Morganti. Tom was grandfather to Brooke (Dan) Zabloudil, Dan (Jenny) Morganti, Riley and Calder Smith; and great-grandfather to Brady, Landon and Cooper Zabloudil and Camden Morganti. Tom was preceded in death by his son and daughter-in-law, Thomas R. Morganti Jr. and Pat (Suite). Tom served in the Army during WW II and he will be interred at Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Harbor Light Hospice, 1608 E. Day Road, Mishawaka, IN. Services have been held. McGann Hay Granger Chapel assisted the family.
